Social Distancing & Seating

Face coverings are voluntary. Six-foot distance seating will be observed and visitor seating will be designated. Visitor overflow will be in the City Hall lobby, where social distancing will also be observed. Currently, there are nine (9) seats in the Chamber and eight (8) seats in the lobby.

Watch Live/Recording

You may view and hear City Council meetings on Spectrum Channel 2 or by live streaming via the City’s website. City Council meetings are recorded and the recordings are posted on the City’s website and YouTube page.

Speaking at a Meeting

Submit a speaker request form (provided at the meeting) to the city secretary before the item is introduced.

Written Comments

You may submit written comments to the city secretary before the meeting to [email protected] You must include your first and last name, address, and identify the item you wish to comment on.

You may also email your city council members via their email found on the City's website.

Speaking via Zoom Platform

View the meeting agenda for the Zoom instructions, toll-free number, backup number, Meeting ID, and password.

Note: Zoom is a third-party vendor which provides the ability for remote participation. If the City is notified of any issues from the third-party vendor, the City will notify citizens and provide alternatives for engagement and participation.
